Alissa Faircloth, the VP of Lifestyle for Caldwell Companies, is thrilled to oversee the resident events for Cadence Creek. After twenty years of working in the events and hospitality industry, Alissa brings quality, creativity, and a personal touch to all of the lifestyle events and programming for Cadence Creek.  Her passion is creating meaningful experiences that bring people together. Alissa served as the Lifestyle Director for Towne Lake, another Caldwell Community, for 3 years where she was awarded the GHBA 2019 Lifestyle Director of the year.

Over the years, Alissa has planned hundreds of events including Community grand openings, black tie galas, farmers markets, weddings, corporate events and red-carpet Hollywood parties. Alissa currently lives in Cypress with her husband and teenage daughter. They enjoy cooking, volunteering in their community and taking road-trip adventures with their two dogs. Alissa also serves on several charity committees as a volunteer in the Cypress area.

“At Caldwell Communities our mission is to enrich lives and that parlays directly into our lifestyle programming.” Explains Alissa. “While living at Cadence Creek, residents will enjoy a variety of events like cooking classes with a chef in the state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen, active-adult fitness classes, continued learning computer courses, book clubs, and wine tastings. We’re thrilled to offer a robust lifestyle calendar for neighbors to become friends and build community.”

Tell us more about the events and activities for the active adult residents.

“Activities at Cadence Creek are focused on bringing residents together in a fun and dynamic environment. Whether it’s a mat Pilates class, movie night, dog park social, a fun games night, or dance lessons…residents truly get to live to the “rhythm of their lifestyle”. 

How is this lifestyle different than non-active adult communities?

“Lifestyle programming at Cadence Creek meets residents where there are in their stage of life as an active adult.  Not only are we focused on the social components of resident living but also on the importance of health and wellness. We want residents living their best life at Cadence Creek!”

What are you most excited to offer with Cadence Creek Lifestyle?

“I am most excited about bringing residents together through unique and exceptional programming that meets them where they are in this season of life. For example, some of our future residents are widows, and Cadence Creek provides an outlet to help those residents make connections, get support, and get plugged into our community. We want them to love where they live through intentionally planned activities that engage them and help them create amazing memories. I also love to hear from the residents and what they want to see. Our programming is tailored to our residents and what they love to do.  From crafting, to book clubs, to a field trip to see a baseball game, it brings us so much joy to give our residents an active and fulfilling life at Cadence Creek!”
